I teach English at Hlíðaskóli, Reykjavík. Since 2007 when I started to teach at Hlíðaskóli, my ideas about teaching have changed significantly.
Gradually I started to stress reading, including reading short stories in classes, guided reading, reading for pleasure as homework; writing, for example short stories, cartoons, pen friend exchange; and technologies – various projects in the computer room, video, wikis, quia and more.
